Analyze learners and context
Learners
The learners in the class are 16 years old
for students at that grade level are mature enough to understand ethics and learning procedures by observing each explanation and knowing what to take notes and also being aware of what to do by obeying and listening to the teacher's explanation without having to be detailed because they already understand the basics and only need reminded again
students already have the basics at least half of all the material has been explained at the previous level, and must be repeated and focus on advanced material because at the time level for learning is more narrow and approaching graduation, basic lessons are accelerated and advanced lessons are prioritized.
The environment (context)
[goverment's school, There are 21learners in one class, consist of 7 females and 14 males,Their classmates mixed with students from the Philippines (exchange students) for the first 3 months, The students are learning in English as Foreign Language (EFL) context]
identify instructional goals
Target goal: students are able to introduce themselves and apply it on a daily basis to get used to speaking regularly
Conduct instructional analysis
The teacher explains the material to be focused on the intended learning
provides direction on what to do that day and its goals by providing a relevant vocabulary
Provide examples that related to the material
Students asked to write their names, addresses, and dreams on a paper
the teacher asked to give the paper to his classmate who sits beside him
Each student serves to come to the front of the class and read his friend's paper and give a good prayer of hope to his friend's goals
The teacher pays attention to every word and vocabulary that is wrong and corrects it at the end of this section.
Performance objective
After studying the material and examples that have been given, students are starting to be more confidence to talk or speak about themselves

Instructional activities:
The teacher will provide a brief discussion topic with students who already have conversation partners to present in front of the class.
The delivery of material is carried out bilingual by the teacher and students indirectly get many implicit examples of what the teacher says.
The measure of understanding is seen from how they speak and organize the words in their conversations
Entry level skill: Able to apply the material properly and systematically :
Ask students to discuss with their partners about the chosen topic and problem Solving based on the grammar formula that matches the topic.
The teacher provides direction and also motivation for the importance of this material to be understood so that students not only use it in the class but also outside of the class
Develop and select instructional material
book material is not only determined by the curriculum but also provided by the library so that students do not feel focused on one source but are free to find their own sources

Design and conduct formative evaluation
The teacher provides vocabulary to enrich the flexibility in speaking.
Controlled vocabulary is asked to be accounted for in conversation and story writing according to the topic.
Revise instruction based from formative evaluation
The teacher will re-test the vocabulary given and how they can describe it in sentences with certain grammar rules then to be assessed.
The teacher will check the students' answers grammar question answer sheet and include difficult questions to ensure that students not only receive material from the teacher, there are also efforts to obtain further knowledge or sources
Design and conduct summative evaluation
At the end of the meeting the teacher holds a final test by asking students to write stories about their experience with family during pandemic using grammatical rules.
