Eg Islamic financing which typically follow the Sharia code barring investors from generating certain types of profit, from investing in certain areas and may require a separate committee to oversee the fund's adherence to the code
Geographical location
Where an investor is from will have a bearing on the structuring of funds including a tax efficiency perspective but also from a stance of recognition, with certain legal forms of entity being favoured overs other dependent upon the geographic origins of the investor
