When we look at the student’s community targeted, we see people from all races, cast, nationality, as a result in India there is a huge gap amongst these. My design would attempt to bridge this gap, encourage an equalized community and sense of belonging to each child. The impact of this synergistic team builder like this helps a group come together and feel good about their combined effort. Children who feel accepted and belonged are more likely to see the value of required work and have a higher self-belief in their chances to succeed. Moreover, it would also enable them to accept people as they would constantly interact with them increasing synergy and inclusiveness.
