Stretch and warm-ups before doing exercises.
Drink water after every exercise.
Communicate with people
Meet and get to know people
from my block and outside of it.
Ask about their interests and
share stories with each other.
I will stay away from toxic people.
Focus on the good
I won't mind what people will say about my chosen career.
I will have faith in my own capabilities and strength.
I won't fear failure, I'll fear not taking the first step.
Watch for my thoughts
I will take note of the situation in full detail before reacting.
I will ask for help when my thoughts need evaluation.
I'll check myself if the thought I'm having is too worrying.
