Tree Cover Comparative Study
Tree Cover Then
The tree cover has all of its leaves and the trees are fine
No damage at all to the trees
Trees are able to grow up to the surface and be fine
Tree Cover Now
Trees are burnt and damaged
Most of the leaves are burnt
Can't grow or do photosynthesis until the leaves grow back
Caused by a forest fire
Forest Fires are caused because more temperatures are rising
Then to Now
Cause of the Change
Mainly Because of deforestation leading to climate change
deforestation for construction of factories, power plants, offices, etc.,
Leads to a rise in Global temperatures
Trees help taking in Carbon Dioxide from the air but they are being cut down
Trees getting cut down leads to less reactants of photosynthesis and less oxygen is released into the air as byproducts
As the population grows there is more need for open land
Temperatures were much lower then in the 1980s
Temperatures are rising because of the use of fossil fuels and the green house gases it produces
More Industrial Waste
All the carbon dioxide collects at the atmosphere leading to temperature change
