Partial Privatization of health care, Objective Statement #1, Objective…
-
Objective Statement #1
The age group of 65+ is estimated to increase by 24% in the next 10-15 years. In this age group the price per person increases substantially. (Forbes and Tsanga,para,3), a private sector would allow the health care to make more money, this will create a better give and take ratio(the more health care you give in the private sector, you can take even bigger)
-
Objective Statement #2
In 2005 the supreme court allowed a ruling which favored a individual to access private health care to skip the long wait times of the public system(Forbes and Tsanga,para,4). This private system costs substantially more then the public system and will take necessary resources away from the public system

Partial Privatization of health care can be defined as involvement of private sectors in health care such as private hospital, clinics ETC.partial privatization is more of a right wing ideology as a left wing person would aim for equality thus resulting in equal health care otherwise known as public health care.Partial privatizations aim is too fill the gaps that public health care has such as long wait times however partial privatization will take away key resources from public health care and that has caused lots of speculation all throughout Canada.

I disagree with the partial privatization of health care. I believe that it creates inequality throughout Canada by creating a tiered health care system were the wealthy/well insured get the best health care and people with no insurance will not get health care. All though possibly working for a private sector would increase my pay, I already make around $219,978 so money wouldn’t be an issue for me. The private sector would be good for the wealthy individuals above 65 however it would unfair towards people in the lower end of the financial spectrum.

I agree with the partial privatization of health care because those who earn the privilege of being able to afford the private health care may use it. This creates a fair system to those who have the resources to skip the long lines of the public system and this will create fairness through out Canada. The benefits of working in a private sector is also a major reason I would like too enforce a partial privatization system. Some of the benefits include higher pay because of the increased expenses that comes along with the private health care. This will result in a raise in my wage as my current wage is $161,838, compared to someone in Ontario's whos wage is substantially higher for the same amount of work. I believe working in a private sector will increase my wage and will create a beneficial tiered system of health care were those who can pay for the top health care will receive the best health care. This is a fair system which should implemented as soon as possible.

I agree with the partial privatization of health care because it allows more job opportunities as a doctor which is my goal in the next 10 years. Studies show that there will be a shortage of jobs as doctors in the next ten years, however in my urban area, people of wealth would be ecstatic to skip the long and lengthy lines of such a condense area of health care, this will(a) reduce wait times in the city (b) open up more job opportunities for up and coming youth such as myself and (c) increase the median wage of $161,838 which is far less that our east coast counterparts.

I agree with the partial privatization of health care. This creates a system which will boost our revenue as the private system is more expensive thus leading to people paying more for better insurance. Partial privatization also creates a fair system for those who can earn the privilege of skipping the long wait times of the public system. As for the 65 + age group, those who(again) earn the privilege may use the privilege.

I believe that a individual should not have the right too get better health care just because of their financial status,it undermines the hard work people put in for their money and just because someone gets more of it does not mean that they can surpass another individual. Resources from the public system should be kept in the public system, for a private sector to take resources away from a public sector would be wrong as the majority is using the public center and the minority is using the private sector. In conclusion I don’t believe that an individual can skip the lines of the public system just because they have the “means” to do it.

I believe a individual who has the means should have the right to chose the private sector as this allows those who have earned the privilege of affording private health care. The private sectors will also obtain more money which will in turn give me more pay if I was to work in those private sectors, In Ontario people are getting paid a little less than $100,000 more for the same amount of work, this will give me a raise and will give people with the means the proper health care they deserve and can afford.

I think if a individual can use a private sector and this becomes popular it will benefit me and all the other youth like me. If this becomes popular I believe that more and more people in my area will try to use a private sector which will open up jobs and will create better opportunities for people like me, the reason this is beneficial is because there will be a job shortage of doctors in the next 10-15 years, these private sectors will open up jobs for people like me down the road and we will hopefully get paid the same as people from the east coast(Ontario)

I believe if a individual has the means to to use a private sector to skip the lines they should. This will create more revenue for our insurance and we can profit off these wealthy people if private sectors become a more popular option.
