      - Working in a complex environment (within the aircraft, between the other players, the operations center, etc...) requires communication that can be understood by as many people as possible.

      - We all work together for one or more objectives defined in advance, we know who we are going to work with (reconnaissance drones, fighter, awacs etc...), we know at what time and on what position. So, the goal is to get there, having a situational awareness allows us to spot when we have to reach given objectives.
