HOW I FELT AND STILL FEEL AT TIMES?
when it was first implemented, I was glad, because I was worried about travelling to uni
then my feelings changed, when I started facing difficulties
started to feel so stressed
could not cope
faced some mental blockage
wanted to give up
WHAT I DID / STILL DO TO COPE?
talked to my parents about the difficulties I was facing
talked to friends as we shared the same feelings
did a lot of stress eating
did some online shopping to motivate myself
wanted to get the 'old me' back, so I stayed up late finishing my work before the weekends came
kept my weekends free and used those days to recharge; watched movies, painted my nails etc etc
kept myself busy to distract myself from the stress
baked a lot to release stress
WHY I FELT/FEELTHAT WAY?
my internet connection was bad
i did not have WIFI at home
i could not switch to online learning so quick as I am mentally so used to physical teaching
missed travelling in the train
missed meeting and eating with friends
WHO HELPED AND ARE STILL HELPING ME?
my parents. they did their best to motivate me
my sister as she accompanied me to watch movies
my friends as talking to them made me feel better and we motivated each other
MYSELF. i had to help myself if i wanted to cope with online learning
my pet fishes, as feeding them made me feel calm
GOD, as praying gave me the drive to live day by day
