ARTS
A. Graham: Engaged in my class is when students are actively participating in discussion and/or the project-based learning. Students are expected to use class time as studio-time to work on the construction of their ceramic sculpture. I also do breakout rooms to check in and students submit a chat in class that demonstrates they were actively listening during lecture and responded to the chat's discussion. Peer reviews are a way that I also get students to collaborate and engage in deeper discussions that are associated with critique or topics that we are doing on class. Weekly students submit progress checks (images of their sculptures) to get feedback from me and/or peers.
