INTERNATIONAL/GLOBAL LEVEL
the concerned are mostly to, international transport service, the flow and tour programming of tourist in different country.
some limited tourism planning marketing and cooperative activities generally take place at the international level through organizations such WTO and reginal commissions.
the international planning level are rather weak depends on cooperation of individual countries.
but it is important to specials function activities and receive encourage from international agencies through sponsor of tourism project.
NATONAL LEVEL
national tourism planning reviews the tourism development plans for country as a whole but often include specific objectives for particular types area within the national boundary.
this level plans cultural macro development which to intergrade tourism planning to overall economic development and to measure the economic impact from tourist activities.
it focused several elements such as tourism policy, a physical structure plan including identification of major tourist attractions, other major infrastructure consideration, type and quality of accommodation, other tourist facilities and many more.
REGIONAL/LOCAL LEVEL
is for a region of a country, often a state, province or might be island group
formulate framework of national policy and plan if exist and more specific than national level even the degree of specialty at both levels depend on the size of the country or region.
it is focused on elements of: regional policy, regional access and internal transportation network of facilities and services, type location of tourist attraction, location of tourism development area include areas and many more.
SUBREGIONAL PLANNING
some countries and region need for sub regional planning which more specific than regional level
the components of the sub regional plan will depend on the situation of sub region but would include attraction features.
COMPENENTS OF TOURISM DEVELOPMENT
tourist attraction & activities, all those natural, cultural and special features related activities of an area that area tourists to visit it.
accommodations: hotels & other type facilities. transportation: facilities services transportation access to a country. other than that, tour & travel operations, restaurant etc.
other infrastructure such as water supply, sewage. and for institutional elements, include man power plan, education training program and marketing strategies.
