Sea Levels
When the water is hot it seems to expand and take up more space and expand the sea level a lot.
When the water is cold and then it turns warm it melts all of the icebergs which also makes the sea level rise more and more.
The water is starting to be very hot and moist.
Agriculture
Framing will be at its best.

More fertile crop land.
Increased farming days because of warmth.
Longer warm seasons.
No frost for long.
Not as much destruction of the crops.
Precipitation Patterns
Moist air, most of the time means bad whether is coming such as snow or rain.
Bad whether would be a huge factor of settlement because the whether could damage new houses or new buildings which would put you back at stage one of finding a new settlement.
When the weather is warmer the air is more moist.
When the temperature rises the weather becomes warmer.
Storms
More participation happens when the water is warmer.
When warm, moist air rises from the ocean it loves to start a storm.
When moist air rises it will often start a hurricane or tsunami which will impact towns and cities a lot because each of these things destroy everything in their path.
