1) Analyze the Learner
As a first step of this model, teachers must analyze the general characteristics of the class such as age, gender or socioeconomic level, learning style which includes auditory, tactile and so on, and must know background knowledge students already have. When teachers determine the character of the learners, it will guide them in specific strategies and resources to help the learning process.
