The Need for Sleep
Why do we sleep?
is that it’s good for
our physical and mental health
Physically
helps preventvsickness
and keeps our body healthy
The biggest problem for sleep
comes from electric lights and screens
The bluer and brighter the light
the more difficult it is to get tired and go to sleep
that we should stop looking at screens
one hour before we go to bed
Mentally
we study and work better
when we sleep for about eight hours
might stop dementia
when you are older
