        Learning Outcomes
        
        After lessons, it is expected to achieving responses from students. Measuring outcomes is important because it is show that if the lesson is understood by the students or not. For example, at the end of the history class, students needs to identify and describe the political, religious, economic, and social uses of art in Italy during the Renaissance etc.
        
        Example to learning outcome: Goals, Objectives, and Learning Outcomes
      - Conditions
        
        This specifies what setting and tools the learner will be working in or with.
      - Audience
        
        Who are specific learners that the objectives are intended for?
      - Degree
        
        This describes the level to which students skills should be at the end of the instruction.

        Specific entry competencies are having proper qualifications for a specific purpose. Such as, Computer knowledge (Word and Excel from MS Programs), having knowledge about scientific research methods, etc.

        Each individual has different style of learning. It is important to define students' styles and arrange lessons accordingly. Such as, visual learners, kinetic learners, etc.
      - General Characteristics
        
        In classroom environment, it is important to get to know your students. To enable a healthy education, teachers should analyze students' characters.
