:star:While writing outcomes and objective, there are certain words to use which are make the plan meaningful. This is important to use them properly.
:star:In this point, you will determine what will learner learn and obtain as skill in the end of the instruction, and write them as learning objectives.
:star:Learning objective is what teacher expect to see end of the instruction.
:information_desk_person:Here is the diffirence between learning outcomes and learning objectives.
https://youtu.be/g_Xm5IljYKQ?t=31
Ex: Students comprehend the essence of short, clear, simple definitions of a process.
Select Methods, Media, and Materials
Choosing Method :classical_building:
:star: You need to know which method to use in the first place. place(
https://www.kenpro.org/papers/lesson-plan-using-assure-model.htm
) So You choose your method according to your objectives. :
Ex: Q&A, Reading, Writing
Choosing a Media Format :fireworks:
:star:According to Objectives and methods you decide which media, video, text, slide, audio etc, fits your goals.
Choosing Materials
:star:When you decided method and media, it is time to specify materials. It is the last step before instruction. You have three ways to select materials.
Select from available
materials :desktop_computer::book:
:star:These are the sources that easily accessable
Ex: CD's, The Instructor's Personel Files etc.
:cd:Modify excited materials
:star:You may use the sources that available but do not match with the objectives by changing them.
:pencil2:Design brand new materials
:star:You may design your own materials but it needs more money and effort. But still it is the most creative way.
Ex: Board,Textbook, Poster, Educational PC programmes etc.
:star:This is the stage in which the Teacher may create a bridge between the learner and the objectives. So the teacher can choose appropiate method, media and material
Utilize Media and Materials
:star:This step in the ASSURE process includes creating a strategy for how to use the technologies, media, and materials that you have chosen. As for all the preparation steps, you must ensure that your plans lead to the accomplishment of the objectives you have planned. (Kurt,2016)
:star:You need to have plan B (Hassan,2014) Because you do not know when the plans go upside down.
"5P" :!!:
Prepare the Environment
:star:You should check every source such as computer, projecter, the laboratory or the classroom. Arranges accorging to use in instruction.
Prepare the Learners
:star:Readiness to lesson affects learning; therefore, directing attention, motivating, providing rationale plays important role.
Prepare the Method, Media, and Materials
:star:You should gather all the sources together, practice how to use it in the sequence of use.
Provide the Learning Experience
:star:You should use the best intructional experience by utilize media and materials.
Preview the Method, Media and Materials
:star:You should preview every previous step with learning objective. Additionally preview that every material, method and media works properly.

Evaluate and Revise
Evaluate learners
:star:You should understand whether learning objectives reaches with learning outcomes or not. It is not only something that do after the lesson but also during the intruction.
Evaluate media and methods :desktop_computer: :book:
:star:Check if students can use media and materials effectively and get feedback from students.
Evaluate instructor performance
:star:You should make reflection about yourself. :question:Did I used materials and method efficient, follow the plan correctly, get the students to the goal?
:star:End of the instruction you should analyze learners, media methods and yourself to understand how effective the lesson was, detect the problematic point and revise them.
Require Learner Participation
:star:Learners learn more efficiently while they are active during instruction. For that reason you should plan how to make them more active during the instruction.
EX: Large Group Activities flashcards, mini games; Large Group Activities, listening, drama making etc.
:star2:The efficient and systematic use of media technology is a required plan. According that six step ASSURE model has been enhanced by educators. Each letter corresponds to a step.
:star:When you begin to plan your lesson you need to start with collecting some information by analyzing learners and write your results down in three category:
:star:In this category some informations should be included. Such as position (High/ primary school student, youth group, business class etc.),job, phsical or mental difficulties, number of students and gender(Heinich,1999).
:star:Teacher need to indentify students prior knowladge or skill. It will help teachers to show where they begin and "it will guide teacher in choosing specific strategies and resources to aid the learning process."(Kurt,2016) :
