Learning outcomes are statements that describe the knowledge or skills students should acquire by the end of a particular assignment, class, course, or program, and help students understand why that knowledge and those skills will be useful to them.
-
Analyzing learner is the first step of planning. It helps you to know better about the learners and understand their needs while planning
Detecting prior knowledge, skills, and attitudes that the learners have about the topic
Taking into consideration the learners' grade level, age, sex, mental, emotional,
physical or social problems and socio-economic status helps us know them better while planning
Some Learning Styles: Visual, Aural,Verbal, Physical, Logical, Social, Solitary etc.
State Objectives describes what the learner will do as a result of instructions. Objectives are the learning outcomes that the students will get out of the lesson. That’s why, our subject must be learner (not teacher) while stating behavioral terms

After selecting method, how to utilize media and materials in accordance with selected method must be specified
It is the description of how you will measure whether or not the goals of the lesson have been reached and the effectiveness of the media
-
It is how you will determine whether or not your own performance as instructor/facilitator was effective
-
After state objectives are stated clearly, what method, media and materials that instructor will primarily use must be presented.
It is the plan of how instructor is going to engage learners in instructional materials. The participation of the learners is quite important for an affective learning.
Did your lesson meet the learning objectives that you planned?
How will you determine whether the students reach the objectives?
Is your way of assessing the students in line with your learning objectives?
Can this lesson be improved? How? How are you going to assess the weaknesses in your presentation?
Was your choice of media and materials a good one?
How will you assess the effectiveness of these tools?
Is it possible that other technologies, media, and materials would have done a better job?
(RETRIEVED FROM: educationaltechnology.net/assure-instructional-design-model)
Does it match the curriculum?
Is it accurate and current?
Does it contain clear and concise language?
Will it motivate and maintain interest?
Does it provide for learner participation?
Is it of good technical quality?
Is there evidence of its effectiveness
Is it free from objectionable bias and advertising?
Is a user guide or other documentation included?

Media format must be selected by considering the needs and requirement of learners. For instance, flashcards may be used for kineatetics learners while pictures may be used for visual learning
So as to provide learning, certain question must be asked by instructor to make topic clear. Major point of the topic sould be detected to use in creating question
Teachers should benefit from activities in which learnesr could participate. While choosing activities, its effectiveness in lesson must be considered
"A media format is the physical form in which a message is incorporated and displayed. Media formats include, for example, flip charts (still images and text), slides (projected still images), audio (voice and music), film (moving images on screen), video (moving images on a TV set) and computer multimedia (graphics, text, and moving images on a TV set). Each has different strength and limitations in terms of the types of messages that can be recorded and displayed. Choosing a media format can be a very complex task because of the following:
vast array of media available, the infinite variety among learners, and the objectives to be pursued." (Retrieved from: http://pascapbi-3a.blogspot.com/2017/01/theassure-in-teaching-by-trihari-nurdi.html)

While analyzing learners, understanding learners' learning styles has great importance in learning. There is no single learning style that is most effective one, instead each style may have different impact on learners

The skills that will be practiced must be stated within planning.
Example: Academic Writing course requires Word usage skill and writing skills
