Assure model is a systematic plan that is used in preparing lesson plan to be more effective, and it has six basic steps that need to be improved by instructional technology. For example, a schedule that contains what are going to be done for English 5th class is an assure model.
Require learner participation step provides us to understand whether students learned the subject or not. For example, asking questions, pair or group works, activities, discussion can be beneficial to check student what learns.
Asking question can be helpful because you can figure out the learners understand the lesson or not. For example, you can ask the specific differences between simple past tense and present perfect tense.
Activities can be used because it facilites to understand students' level. For example, you have students to play flashcard to learn vocabulary with a group, and you give 1 point each correct anwer. So you can understand students' level. you can visit quizlet.
Practising the skills can be used to understand which skills(reading, writing, listening, speaking, et al.) students are good at. For instance you can read aloud a text, and ask questions about it.
Evaluate and Revise part is important because students are evaluated in terms of the subject, methods, metarials. This provides a revision on the class is comprehensible. For instance, it can be asked to students the method used in the lesson is beneficial.
Evaluate media and
methods to use them again if they are beneficial. For example you can check the visual is seen by each student.
Evaluate instructor
performance to get he/she is effective to teach the topic. For example you can ask yourself am I effective in the class while teaching the tenses.
Evaluating learners is necessary to give correct feedbacks for students. For instance, you can do a quiz after the lesson.
Utilize methods, media, and materials are necessary to teach the subject in the class after you have selected them. Teacher should know how to entegrate them to class. Using radio to listen english text or flashcard to learn vocabulary can be the examples.
Preview the
material because you should know how to use it and be sure it will work. For instance, you can check the programme works correctly before the class.
Prepare the
environment because you should know how to set up in the classroom. For instance, you will use computer and you should check electricty.
Prepare the
learners because they should be ready what will learn. For example you can tell the topic what are going to be learned at the beginning of class.
State outcomes is one of the steps that needs to be determined, and refers that what will the student learn at the end of the lesson. For example, if the student learns how to use simple present tense in a sentence, it is an outcome.
Learning outcome is a situation that focuses on learner what to learn, know at the end of the course. It is important because it provides students to learn easily and instructor to have a clear way to make decisions. Outcomes can be good or bad. For instance, student knows differences between adjective and adverb after the lesson, this is a learning outcome. visit the blog page
KFD Principles are the expected that students know, feel, and do. Psychomotor learning, cognitive learning, effective learning are examples of KFD principles.
Learning objectives should be SMART. These are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, time sensative.
To write them, it should be used ABCD principles which are audience, behaviour, condition, degree.
Select methods, media, and materials is the third step after you state your learners and outcomes. You need to clarify which methods are applied, select appropriate technology and media, and then choose materials that help the lesson comphrensible. visit the article
Media are kind of tools that are used in varieties field such as education, communication. Motion pictures, texts, visuals are the examples of media.
Materlials are tools that provide multiple learning, transfering knowledge, allowing presentation easily. You can develop your own material. select existing material, modify material. Method is a way for targated lesson how to be taught, and its consequences can be different from student to student. Cooperative learning, communicative language teaching, task-based instruction, group or pair work are the examples of method.
Analyze learners is identifying which public you need to address to decide which ways you will watch. For instance, your learners can be students, a member of an organization, young or old group.

General Characteristics are the features of students such as age, socioecomonic level, gender, physical, mental or emotional problems.
Entry competencies are what knowledge that learners have already known about the lesson. For instance, students know simple present, simple continuous tense before you start to teach simple past tense and continuous tense.
Learning style is a student how to understand a knowledge such as visual, audio, verbal and logical.
