Physical health is important because if adults are at work that means they will be sitting on the chair all day without doing exercise. Exercise is important for your body.

Emotional health is about your emotions. It isn't a bad thing if someones crying, although people who are crying too much lose a lot of energy. Emotional health is mostly about your mood. Whether you are happy, sad or angry.

Social Health means to be communicating and in social health you can make new friends. But social health is not all about making new friends, it's also about not fighting with the friends you already have and, by treating them by respect.
