Evaluation of an E-Training Program.
It is the method of analysis that consists of observing the behavior of the different items of the Balance Sheet and the income statement, to detect some significant changes that may be caused by administrative errors.
Evaluate:

The evaluation must weigh the relevance, timeliness, feasibility and impact of each component of the program, its structure and its overall harmony, as well as the adequacy to achieve the intended objectives and improve its impact on the participants, institutions and teaching processes. -learning.
Definition of training needs and objectives:
An objective is a goal or purpose to be achieved for which certain means are available. In general, the achievement of a certain achievement implies the overcoming of obstacles and difficulties that can make the project wreck or, at least, delay its implementation.
The needs analysis is a dimension of the evaluation, which consists of the systematic study of a problem, carried out by incorporating information and opinions from various sources, to make decisions about what to do next.
Efficacy Evaluation:
This action tells us that if the training action is designed correctly the objectives must be met. For them, the following elements must be specified:
Objectives: General and specific.
Contents: Selection of contents of interest to students, format and structure.
Strategies: Methodology: techniques that we are going to use so that students learn, for example: Case studies, flexible groupings, various evaluation techniques.
Tasks: selection of activities of different types, according to the object, the number of participants, the place of realization, the evaluation, etc.
Tutorials: Define the communication tools in order to carry out the tutoring.
Timing: specification of the calendar for each module or topic, calendar for assignments, exams, etc. In the event that the blended mode, the face-to-face sessions must also be detailed.
Resources: Bibliography, articles, links, software, etc.
Evaluation: answering the questions of what will be evaluated, how it will be evaluated and when it will be evaluated.
Total Evaluation:
The total evaluation refers to the evaluation made at the end of an E-training program to know if the general objectives of the program were fulfilled and in this way to know if the main purpose of the program was fulfilled.
Efficiency Assessment:
The efficiency evaluation refers to the way in which the activities for the delivery of the components were carried out and whether in effect said components were delivered to achieve the established purposes.
Immediate Evaluation:
The immediate evaluation is carried out to measures that the program advances if the different objectives are achieved during the development of the program.
Efficacy Evaluation:
This evaluation relates to whether the purpose and end have been achieved after the end of the program or after some time of program operation.
