Dry the chicken with paper towers and tub it with sesame oil.

Make some garlic sauce: Add two spoons of chicken fat, chopped garlic, ginger, and salt to a hot pan.Fry this for 10 minutes.

Take the chicken out of the pot, but keep the broth inside the pot. You can use this liquid to cook the rice! Give the chicken an rice bath for 5 minutes.

Heat the water until it blows. When that happens, lower the heat and cook for 30 minutes.
