Meet with parents and the Den for feedback, make an IEP containing assessment results, important background information, external assessment results, targets, useful strategies for inclusion/ differentiation and access arrangements
Refer for specialist support eg Doctor, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech Therapist
In exam classes, attain a report from Educational Psychologist for permission for extra time, scribe, reader and other accommodations in the Cambridge Exams. Give to the Examinations Officer to arrange.
