possible places for where it could have been located include the Arabian peninsula, the levant but the most likley answer is off the coast of the red sea in east africa
in egyptain records they describe punt as "the land of gods" they describes it with having gold and loads of exotic animals like apes and other monkeys and big cats
a treasure that was never found regrading the punt kingdom is a caravan that had lots of the queens stuff
there was even an attempt at trying to zero in on the exact location of punt in 2010 but nothing was ever found
punt is actually very mysterious and not a lot is known about it so much so some scholars even question its existence

their culture although very similar to egypts they still rivaled them heavliy in terms of military might trading and all sorts of other things
the greeks called kush "ethiopia" and it stuck because thats what we call it to this day instead of kush
