Forces in the Real World
Elastic Forces
when an elastic object is stretched, it stores potential energy. When the object is released, it releases that potential energy in the form of heat and motion.

How to use them
-
-
Aircraft Carriers' arresting cables use elastic forces to prevent the planes from flopping into the water
Normal Forces
Normal force (or "force of normal") is a force that prevents objects from falling through each other. if you stand on the ground, Normal Forces are pushing you up so you don't fall through the ground.
Examples
