Studying tips
Be organized
Carry a folder for homework, assignments, and projects in order to not forget about them.
Make a study schedule
Set a time that is solely for studying only.
Make a study area
Find a spot that is comfortable and away from distractions.
Take good and clear notes
Taking clear notes can be understand better and easier to study with.
Stay away from distraction
Distractions are inevitable, so look for what distracts you the most and try and get away from it. (e.i. turn on "do not disturb" on your phone)
Take small breaks
Whenever you are losing interest on what you are studying, take a small 15-20 minute break so you can refresh your mind and get back to studying.
Ask questions in school on something you don't understand.
During class, ask any questions to your teacher/professor about something that you don't understand in your notes.
Study everyday
Studying everyday helps remember the subject better and learn anything new that you did not know about.
Self-testing
Once you are done studying, quiz yourself on what you have studied and look over on the question you have answered incorrectly.
Summarize
When done with studying summarize on what you have learned.
