It refers to a business management strategy, which consists of empowering workers to exercise greater autonomy and power in decision-making, in order to optimize the performance of the company.

Empowerment allows decompressing the work of superiors, delegating responsibility to employees.
Every contribution made by employees is significant, which motivates them to do a good job.

According to the responsibility that an individual has, they will have the authority to act on behalf of the company.
MEASUREMENT
Empowerment evaluation is an evaluation approach that aims to increase the probability of achieving program success by:
(1) providing program stakeholders with tools to evaluate the planning, implementation and self-evaluation of their programs.
(2) integrate evaluation as part of planning and managing the program / organization.
DISADVANTAGES
Not all employees achieve the same degree of commitment to the company, which can lead to poor decisions.
