Gerunds
are verbs that we use like a noun

An gerund is verb (base form)+ verb (ing ending)
the rules are
1.- Some verbs are followed by a gerund

2.- The gerunds can be the subject of a sentence at the beginning
Swiming could be funny with your friiends
3.- For/ to/ at/ against.. use a gerund after a preposition
the teacher is looking foward to passing all his students

1.- Makes the verb a noun, we can use it as a subject sentence

3.- Make the verb tho object of an action
