      - Conduction:1.Conduction is the movement of Heat through a substance without any overall movement of the substance itself.
        2.Metals are good Conductors of heat. 3.An insulator is a substance which does not allow heat to pass through it easily.
        
        Convection:1.Convection is the movement of heat energy through liquids and gases due to the motion of the substance itself.2.When the particles of liquids and gases are heated they rise.3.Cooler particles then fall to take their place.4.This rise and fall of particles is called a convection current
        
        Radiation:1.Radiation is the transfer of heat rays,from a hot object without needing a medium(solid,liquid or gas)to pass through.2.Radiated heat travels out in all directions.3.A dull,black surface radiates heat out better than a bright shiny surface.4.A dull,black surface will also absorb heat better than a bright,shiny surface.
