        2) skim through the chapter berofe summarise => dividir em seções lógicas
        3) Resumir cada sessão e cole post-its
        amarelo: key ideas, important concepts and ideas
        rosa: direct quotes
        blue: vocabulario e conceitos com definições diretas
        4) escreva de forma concisa (the shorter the easier to remember)
        5) summarise concepts with bullet points
        6) highligh only important key points
        7) use symbols do make ideas
