        Patient's side rails of bed should be up and bed alarm should be set.
        
        Place call lights, trash bins, tray table with patient's belongings they frequently use within reach so the patient doesn't have to frequently get up. Or if they do, they have the ability to call for help in assistance to the bathroom or chair
    - - Signs and Symptoms that indicate toxicity include
        
        Bradycardia
        
        Severe Dizziness or Drowsiness
        
        Fainting spells
        
        Shortness of breath
        
        Cyanosis of fingernails or palms
        
        Seizures
      - If severe signs do occur, notify prescriber and request counteractive drug to resolve toxic symptoms
        
        If not severe in their manifestations, still notify prescriber and lower dosage to resolve toxic symptoms
