Benefit of 2.5 hours either in morning or evening
Prior information is needed
Any leave applied will first be adjusted from Comp Off

Person who is working on holiday will get one day comp off
Half day comp off is given if worked for half day on a holiday
Comp off being carried forward limit is not decided
Next quota being hit is Casual Leave
Sick Leave is managed through SL balance
SL can be combined with earned leave
EL cannot be combined with any leave
Leave Encashment is done post one year of serivce
Leave Encashment is done on Monthly gross wages
In case an employee has not applied for any leave it is considered as Leave Without Pay
