Thyroidectomy + affected nodes (papillary/follicular/Medullary)
Regular calcitonin levels(medullary)
Lifetime thyroxine (150-200 mcg OD)
Thyroglobulin 6 monthly (marker for recurrant in papillary/ follicular)
Surgical debulking/ palliative (Anaplastic)
