The different type of ships
Service Vessels
Function: The function is to provide propulsive power to other vessels.
Purpose: To support and provide enough fuel for other ships.
Shape: Small is size, carry a limited amount of thing, usually fuels.
Materials: Since it doesn't need to carry too much, it won't weight a lot. There is lots of steel used in this type of ship, to reduce the pressure of the vessel.
User Experience: Only used for transporting fuels
Power:
Industrial ships
Function: industrious process at sea
Purpose: To process fish into fillets, fish cans and so on.
Shape: Big in size with a bright colored cover.
Materials: Uses the type of metal that could easily make waste that might pollute the water.
Passenger carriers
Function: Transfer from places to places by sitting on a cruise ship.
Purpose: To create an relaxing and joyful of traveling from passengers during holiday.
Shape: Huge in size, since most cruise ship has like swimming pools and big bars and so on. Commonly looks white.
Materials: Uses the type of materials that could make the passengers as comfortable as possible. It should be able to hold a big amount of weight.
Users Experience: Most are safe because passengers pays to enjoy the cruise ship but there were still cases of injuries on these ships.
Cargo carriers
Function: carrying cargo across the water.
Purpose: help somebody transfer cargos.
Shape: big in size and doesn't have to look good. As simple as possible normally.
Materials: Should be able to carry a big amount of weight in order to carry the cargo. Uses strong and hard steels since it is reliable.
Users Experience: It is safe.
