Operant Conditioning
This is when behaviour is reinforced through 1 of 3 way ways; positive reinforcement, negative reinforcement or finally punishment. Positive reinforcement is through praise or rewards. negative is reinforcing a engaging in a behaviour to avoid an adverse stimuli. then finally punishment is when you punish a behaviour to prevent it occurring again
