Erin: I think that Nick will become friends with Duane/Smoke.I think that Nick will become friends with Marta
Eilidh: I think on there school trip Mrs. Starch trails off and gets lost Nick, Marta and smoke goes to look for her and run into the panther and have to get away from the panther.
I think Mrs. Starch will go missing, and some of the main characters will go looking for Mrs. Starch and they will have to face some challenges to find her. There will probably be other smaller storeys happening in the background - Corin

Sofia: I think that Nick and Marta will go looking for Mrs Starch and they will meet the panther on the way and I predict that Mrs Starch will be hiding in the Black vine lake

In chapter 1, they set the seen to what happened before Mrs. Starch goes missing. In chapter 2, the class in which Nick is in travels to black vine swamp, while Dr. Dressler concerns over DJ, who has eaten a pencil in the previous chapter.
