Game Developer
Gets to work in a good studio, and most game studios are based in Europe.
Also, they are usually pretty comfortable, even with less popular ones such as Keen Software.
Developers can range from coders to modelers, managers to concept artists, administrators, and far far more.
Coders write the script of the game to give it functionality, and requires a very good memory of each coding script and technique.
Modelers make the models of the concept artist. Using concept art that the owner or manager chose, they will use that to turn it into a 3d implementation that is readily textured rigged, ready to be imported into the game.
Using the concept art from the Concept Artist branch, this would be the most likely outcome of the Modeling process. You can see it is fully rigged by its positioning, as well as it's 3d and textured. This is actually a 3d model for blender rendered and was put as it's thumbnail, made in 2016.

Using what the Modeler gave us, we could make this: A fully coded unit, ready to be implemented into the game. This is literally just a picture of a Zealot in Starcraft II.
Administrators administrate in the game, often helping with banishing people that exploit the game, take feedback and submit it to the team, and many actions.
Such actions an Administrator or Moderator would take to improve the community, as well as the game, would be: Take feedback appropriately a
Managers are the people that organize the other staff, such as requesting concept art, submitting a chosen concept art to a modeler, and then submit a model to the coder, who will then script it into the game.
Concept Artists typically draw the art of a design requested by the owner, typically drawing more than one so that the owner has a choice on which to choose. Requires a lot of artistic skill with a traditional drawing style.
For instance, let's say this was concept art: Made in June, 2020. Zealot Concept Art (Definitely not official concept art, it was made 10 years after the game realeased, but this is just to make a point)
1994: StarCraft (the first one) releases, introducing a large amount of extremely competitive and hardcore strategy gamers, introducing the need for more fast-paced RTS gaming.
1981: First ever "3D" game released, "3D Monster Maze", which paved the way for a majority of our 3D games now, such as basic First Person Shooting concept other companies and independent developers could work off of.

2009: Minecraft, currently one of, if not the most popular games is released. A huge influence on many other games.
First ever edition of Minecraft.
2014: One of the largest battles in gaming history occurs, with over 8,000 players participating, resulting in the need for major optimization of Multiplayer MMOs.
The Bloodbath of B-R5RB (name of battle listed here, and yes, it's a real screenshot.):
The late 1990s and early 2000s: With the emergence of more sophisticated gaming technology, popular games increased in difficulty to manufacture, resulting in people starting to form companies.
