If the parents are contacted, acknowledge, or at least accept the student's condition, then an official plan with the school is created. This includes the teacher's observations, possibly the special education teacher's observations, the psychologist notes, the test the student took, and the optional plan for additional private tutoring lessons for the older and younger students. This plan would need to be created and signed off by the principle as well.
