Anti-Racism and the constitutional Structure relate to one another because the preamble states that when someone is born they will have to same equal rights as each other. This relates to me because I am a minority that has not gotten equal treatment as was promised when I was born in the U.S. This isn't something knew, this has affected many peoples lives weather it was a big impact or a small impact.
Anti-Racism and Functions of a government have a relationship with each other because by the functions of the government we are promised a fair and equal justice system. For example the white police that shot breonna taylor weren't charged for shooting her. This shows that the justice system is corrupt because they killed someone but wont have to deal with any consequences. This relates with me because I have to walk around with fear that something could happen to me and there would be no justice if a white person does it.
Policy making process and constitution structure are related to one another because even though there are set laws that doesn't mean that they are the right ones and will impact our society right. The civil rights act was never a thing till pretty recently that is something we should have had a long time ago. This shows that there is always room for change and there has to be change and time goes by. This affects me because if we lived in a world where no change was allowed then I would live in a segregated world.
Functions of the government and policy making are connected because we recently have seen that during this pandemic we have received a stimulus check that helps us out during this pandemic. This would fall over the General Welfare side because it helping us out with financial aid. Congress had to implement this bill to allow us to receive a stimulus check. This impacted me because it really helped my family and me during a time were my family was losing their jobs.
