Eclipse
Solar eclipses and lunar eclipses are the times for these prayers. That is, when the sun and the moon, which are the source of light for the day and night, are shadowed for a temporary period by Allah Almighty, they show the magnificence of Allah. Allah Almighty calls His slaves to worship Him through these eclipses.
Rain
it provides knowledge on how Allah can control rain, it isn't effected by something else and that rain acts like a puppet that Allah can summon whenever he wishes. It teaches people to be closer to him.
Istikhara
It is the practical submission to Allah, it is a practical demonstration that no one has power alone, they must seek Allah's support, they must make the world a better place with the beneficial guidance they ask for.
Rulling
Rain
The prayer is for seeking rain when there is a delay or less quantity of rain. Performed for more rain at constant rate.
Istikhara
Istikhara prayer is a sunnah , It was prescribed by Al Bukhaari from Jaabir.
Eclipse
The prayer is urged to be prayed so Muslims will not expose themselves to a dangerous eclipse. This time is for asking forgiveness.
Rain
2 rakat prayer with loud recitation without adhaan or Iqamah. Should do 2 khuttbas and should fast 3 days before prayer.

To pray without adhaan or Iqama, it's good to pray in the Mosque. Should fallow Salat Jameaa. Imam will deliver 2 khuttba after prayer.
