A.B. 52 y/o male - Coggle Diagram

- - - - Presents as: Hyperrelxia, tremors, myoclonus, anxiety, restlessness, insomnia, diaphoresis, mydriasis, tachycardia, agitation, HTN, hyperthermia, hyperactive bowel sounds, diarrhea, n/v. Considered severe when we see Rigidity, respiratory failure, tonic-clonic seizure, coma, delirium, confusion, sever hyperthermia, and dynamic blood pressure
- - - - Presents as: Decreased LOC, increased muscle tone, hyperpyrexia, labile hypotension, tachycardia, tachypnea, diaphoresis and drooling
- - - - Important ot note is this occurring (the patient didn't have clear memory after talking with him), is this distressing? Potentially a depressive point leading to MDD?
      - Nursing Diagnosis: Impaired memory related to generalized forgetfulness AEB pt cannot recall anything that happened yesterday
    - - Hard to know if this is a side effect of which medication, or if the patient has seasonal allergies
- - - - Nursing Diagnosis: Diarrhea r/t adverse reaction of polypharmacy AEB pt states he cannot seem to have a solid bowel movement
