The Website must adhere to Personal Data Protection Act. Which governs the use and disclosure of personal data by organisations which recognises the rights of the individual to protect their personal data and the need of the organisation to collect data (Australian Government,2020)

Competitors sign a agreement to abide by the code, conditions, regulations, legislation set by the Olympic committee (Olympic,2020)
Administrators and competitors must abide by a sporting code (Olympic,2020)
Adhere to privacy policies (International Olympic Committee,2020) (e.g. a statement provided to the user of the website outlining how the website collects, handles and processes it users data and describes explicitly whether this information if confidential or shared) (Maria.P,2020)
Competitors, Administrators and Olympic Games personal must adhere to the Laws of the country that hosts the Olympic games

For the protection of the personal competitor details and sensitive data will be encrypted as well as passwords being hashed for the security of the data

Administrators can access competitor details in database as well as event details (Access to the mySQL Database)
Ensure the privacy of data by following the Olympic Privacy Policy
(Olympic Committee,2020)
One CSV file contains event, date, time etc from the Olympic Committee
Banned competitor list (CSVfile) including first name, last name, country, sport, reason, date start and end
Competitor details and judge details in the database
CSV files with external data are imported into the database
Database will hold all of the information and will be secure for the protection of its data
Database if kept up to date, has accurate data inputted into it
Each country would be emailing through their competitors details via a csv file as the competitors would have to meet a set criteria to participate in the Olympic Games level
