Spend a minute or 2 chit chatting and building rapport
Important: explicitly tell users up front that you want their honest feedback, even if it's negative
Explicitly tell the user to to share thoughts out loud as they occur
If you're not getting good feedback you should reevaluate the screener, test script, or moderator
