What is gamification?
It is the application of game-design elements and game-principles in non-game contexts.
Gamification in education
Gamification in education is a strategy that consists of designing learning structures by adding game elements to contexts and situations that are not games with the aim of improving motivation and / or learning.
Do not confuse with gamification
Concepts such as game-based learning or gambling are NOT the same as gamification
Gamification is not the same as learning by playing, or just points or badges.
It is not applicable to any situation or problem in the learning process.
