Louisa: feel better eating healthy foods. Like meat and have no allergies. I will generally eat everything other than tomatoes, cheese (not melted) and avodaco
I much prefer and feel more energised when I am eating clean, whole foods and I like to avoid high fat or over processed foods like chips or lollies. I also dont enjoy much dairy so I avoid cheeses (i don't really like cheese) and milk (i use dairy substitutes) but I still do eat yoghurt for calcium - jess
