        Lack of data forces scientists to use models
        
        Models are inaccurate because they're based on incomplete measurement
        
        A true fatality rate can't be calculated until deaths occur

        If they choose to continue their regular treatment they are then at higher risk of getting covid which also puts them at high risk of death
