STORIES PAGE: On this page we get access to three things; stories, subscriptions and FOR YOU.
STORIES: These are situated at the top of the screen and are circular themed with different photos or videos from people.
When you click on a story you view the photo or video but are also able to reply by opening a chat box or using quick reactions which are a series of available emoji type reactions.
Below stories you get a visual display of the FOR YOU section, this is snapchats content section in which it can push recommended content, adverts and promotions. If you click on a for you video you cannot do much but are able to click right to go to the next video or photo in a series and swipe down for completely new content.

Swipe Left Again
Takes you to snap-maps, a visual database of where each of your friends are based on whether they chose to share location.
My Bitmoji is a button in the bottom left which allows you to change what your online avatar looks like
This page simply has a selection of different actions and looks your avatar can be doing on snap-maps which you can individually select and then are applied to things.
"Friends" is a button on the snap maps page which allows you to view where your closest friends are based upon who you snap the most.
This button does not take you to any other specific page but instead each character on your friends list is singled out on your maps.
The settings page is accessible through a small cog in the top left corner of the snapchat maps page and allows you to control who can see your location.
The first option that comes up is ghost mode which is a switch you can turn on and off, this determines whether or not you want people to be able to see you or not entirely.
The second option that comes up is a series of lists of who can see your location starting with "only my friends" or "my friends except" if you click this one you are taken to a list in which you can manually select friends to not see your story.
Camera
When opening the camera initially in snapchat you are presented with the photo button and two buttons either side.
The filter button on the right opens up a selection of circular buttons that apply to your face or anything in the frame of the camera, they change depending on recommendations and what is suggested for you.
From this menu, a further drop-down menu shows up at the bottom of the screen which provides further options for the same filters such as create, browse for new filters and explore existing ones. These are all shown as individual buttons.
On the left side is simply a photo button where you can find photos and memories to send to people, save, or make private.
