for people with access to at least £50,000 to invest in the UK to set up a UK business with endorsement from endorsing body. May be difficult to come under this.
TIER-4 : Student Visa
General Student Visa
For students aged 18 or over who have been offered a place on a course at a UK educational institution.
Child Student Visa
For students under the age of 18 who have been offered a place on a course at a UK educational institution with a valid Tier 4 sponsorship licence.
TIER-2 : Skilled Workers

TIER-5 : Temporary Workers
(Government Authorised Exchange) visa

(Creative and Sporting) visa
For very highly skilled workers who have a job offer as a sportsperson or creative worker - such as a musician or actor - in the UK, and a certificate of sponsorship from a UK employer with a valid Tier 5 sponsorship licence.

For workers who have an unpaid/voluntary job offer and a certificate of sponsorship from a UK charity with a valid Tier 5 sponsorship licence.
(International Agreement) visa
For workers who have a job offer that is covered by international law, such as embassy and diplomatic household workers, and a certificate of sponsorship from an organisation with a valid Tier 5 sponsorship licence.
(Religious Worker) visa
For workers offered a job, such as preaching or work in a monastery or convent, by a religious order in the UK.
(Youth Mobility Scheme) visa
