STEP 2
ELIGIBILITY IS DECIDED
The principal, teachers and parents look at the results and decide together is the child is a "child with disability" as defined by IDEA.
If they agree, go to step 3. If they don't, parents can ask for a hearing to challenge the decision.

After the IEP is written, services are provided.

Students are garanteed to receive support, accomodation & modifications as stated in their IEP.
