Respect is important as well because everyone who works under you needs to feel respected and not like trash

Definition: Employees or managers that help with the change process (Qualities of Change Agents 2019)

Having good listening skills will help when people have they have concerns or questions can help with problem solving as well. (Qualities of Change Agents 2019).
Taking ownership and responsibility of what you are doing is important so everyone is on the same page and has a person to come to during the change (Qualities of Change Agents 2019).
Being Flexible connects during change no one knows what will happen and so being flexible is important (Qualities of Change Agents 2019).
Knows how the business or store operates is also important so that people can come and ask questions about what is changing (Qualities of Change Agents 2019).
Prioritizing and getting the desired results from that is key so that everything gets done when it needs to get done and in the correct order. (Qualities of Change Agents 2019).
