Asylum

In recent years, the number of international migrants has grown exponentialy

Every migrant, regardless of whether they entered a country legally, has the right to apply for asylum.

Refugees have the obligation to attend the laws of the host country. Therefore they are protected by the law

It is a negotiation where where it is decides where refugees or asylum seekers end up.

In 2016, 25.9 was the estimated number of refugees and asylum seekers in the world.

India was the country with most international migrants, followed by Mexico, the Russian Federation and China.

In 2017, 258 million was the number of international migrants. 106 million were from Asia, then Europe 61 million, Latin America and the Caribbean with 38 million and Africa with 36 million.
