Inspiration Phase - The initial phase of the preparation for adulthood journey. It is at this point where the foundations are laid. The learners develop a sense of awe and wonder in a range of environments that provide the stimulus and enthusiasm to develop skills, interests and abilities in a wide range of learning contexts. Pupils develop a sense of understanding and familiarity about the communities they live in.
